These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Essa Market mobile application (the "Application" or "App") created by Essa Market Development Team (the "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as an Ad Supported marketplace service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you ("User", "you", or "your") automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these Terms prior to using the Application.

Essa Market is a **marketplace platform** that connects buyers and sellers. We provide a platform for users to:

**Important Disclaimer:** We are a **platform provider only**. We do not:

## 3. User Responsibilities and Limitations

- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

- You are responsible for all activities under your account

- You must provide accurate and truthful information

### 3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

- List illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items

- Engage in fraudulent activities

- Misrepresent products or services

- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

- Violate intellectual property rights

- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

### 3.3 Transaction Responsibility

**CRITICAL:** All transactions are between users only. We are not involved in:

- Payment processing between users

- Delivery or shipping arrangements

- Dispute resolution between users

- Refunds or returns

## 4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to:

- Extract the source code of the Application

- Translate the Application into other languages

- Create derivative versions

- Reverse engineer the Application

Are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide the Service. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

It is your responsibility to:

- Maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this could compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
